Issue:
When running PC Upgrade Commander, the message appears "Out of
Memory" |

Occurs: 1.02 and earlier, some Windows 95 OSR2, 98, 98SE |

Solution
1: Upgrade to version 1.03, which works around a limitation in
Windows. |

Solution
2: Install
a network client or dial up networking. The Out of Memory issue
is a bug in Windows 95 OSR2, 98 and 98SE only. This bug occurs when
the network client or dial-up networking is NOT active.
