	General Technical Bulletin (System Commander 2000, Partition Commander, DriveWorks)

		Custom Partition ID only allows 0-9

		Issue: When creating a partition, and selecting the custom partition id, only values 0-9 are allowed, when values 0 to FF (hex) should be allowed.
		Occurs: SC2000 - v5.05 and older, PC/DW v6.04 and older
