Page 8 instructs to run setup from Install Directory, but there is
no install directory. |

Solution:
Setup resides in the root directory of the CD-ROM. To manually run
setup (if the CD does not automatically start), click on Start,
then Run, and enter the drive letter of the CD drive, followed
by \setup. Click on OK. The installation will begin. |
