The v1.12a was made available Jan-22-2003 and
is identical to v1.12 except for one rule change
for XP SP1. The update to v1.12a will still show
a version number of v1.12. If you downloaded
a new copy or downloaded the maintenance release
after Jan-22-2003, you will have the newest v1.12a
release.
