What
issues are there with Raid disk arrays? |
| |
|
|
| |
 |
Raid disk arrays
combine multiple partitions and/or disks to improve performance
and reliability. System Commander, Partition Commander and DriveWorks
are compatible with physical raids. This includes all external raids
as well as raid controller cards. They do not support software
raid or dynamic disk volumes as in Windows NT/2000/XP.
If any changes
are to be made to the raid array(s) on your system, (i.e. hotswapping,
etc.) System Commander/Partition Commander/ DriveWorks should be
uninstalled first, then reinstalled after such physical changes
are made.
