  After installation, a needed AutoSave driver is not found
     
 

In rare circumstances AutoSave is prevented from loading a needed driver during installation. Please follow these directions to have full functionality of AutoSave.

For Windows NT/2000/XP users
1. Reinstall AutoSave, or if it already installed (but not functioning) continue on to the next step.
2. Download the file autosave.sys into the winnt\system32\drivers directory.
3. Reboot the system. AutoSave will automatically begin normally.

For Windows 95, 98 and Me users
1. Reinstall AutoSave, or if it already installed (but not functioning) continue on to the next step.
2. Download the file autosave.vxd into the windows\system\iosubsys directory.
3. Reboot the system. AutoSave will automatically begin normally.
