Delivery Options

All of our products are available immediately by download. Many of our products are also available as a physical shipment. To determine which delivery options are available for a product you are interested in, please see our product catalog, which is accessible through the Buy Online link on the purple button near the top right.

Shipping and Handling Charges

VCOM offers a number of shipping options. In addition to standard delivery, we also offer various levels of expedited delivery for packages that need to get to their destination sooner.

Returns

If, for some reason, you need to return a product to VCOM, please review our returns policy and fill out and submit a Return form. Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative. Returns Policy/Form

International

To order from one of our International stores, at our home page, select the language and order from that site. Only selected products are available from our international stores. Currently we accept funds in Euros and Pounds.

From our English store, VCOM accepts US dollar orders from most countries. In compliance with our fraud control policies, there are a number of countries from which we are not able to process orders. When placing an order online, you will be asked to specify your location by selecting it from a drop-down box. If you country is not listed, we are not allowed to process orders for your country.
