Placing Your Order
Selecting Items
There are several ways to place an item in your shopping cart.
When browsing the product pages, there is a BuyOnline button to the left. Click on the link for the product you wish to purchase to see a product summary page with product options, such as physical or download versions. Select the desired type by clicking on the Add to cart button, and it will be added to your shopping cart.
You can also add items to your shopping cart from the Buy Online Catalog that can be found by clicking the Buy Online button on the home page or other non-product specific pages (like this one). The catalog page lists all products available at v-com.com.
Checkout
When you have added all of the products you wish to purchase, select the Shopping Cart image that can be found at the top of every page at v-com.com. On the shopping cart page, choose the 'Proceed to Checkout' button that is located below the Shopping Cart. This will start the order completion process.

Verifying items in shopping cart
At any time while at v-com.com, you can verify the items that appear in your shopping cart. Simply click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of every page at v-com.com. You will then be taken to the shopping cart page which will list the products that you have placed there.
Editing your shopping cart
It is very easy to make changes to the items that appear in your shopping cart. First, go to your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart image that appears at the top of every page at v-com.com. Here you can view all of the items currently in your shopping cart. To remove an item, change the quantity to "0" and click the Update Total button. The item and any related charges will be removed.
Ordering Multiple Copies
First, go to your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart image that appears at the top of every page at v-com.com. For the product in your shopping basket, change the quantity from 1 to the number of copies you which to purchase. Select the Update Total button to see the new total.
Shopping Cart memory
If you exit v-com.com without making a purchase, your shopping cart will hold your merchandise until you come back. The cart will be automatically emptied after a period of inactivity, typically after 24 hours.
Change or Cancel an Order
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before you complete the order and click on the submit button. After submit has been clicked, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
