information does VCOM collect?

Whenever you shop our online store, at the time of check-out,
we obtain from you the information we need to complete your
transaction. To process your order, we require you to supply
us with your correct billing, shipping and contact information.

We also allow you to register to receive periodic email
correspondence from us. The information we collect for this

We

your order. Your email address is used to send you an order

availability of the items you ordered.

(emails, special offers, etc.) from VCOM. Participation in these
surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and is limited

the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the email
you receive from us or our e-commerce partner (usually Digital River
or Key Technology). Please note that we will have a 7-day processing
period for opt-out requests.

use of "cookies".

if anyone, besides VCOM, will contact me?
As indicated above, VCOM uses both Digital River and Key Technology
to provide for its e-commerce functions. As such, when you purchase
from our online stores, these two companies will be responsible for
handling your private information and will be providing your electronic
receipts and confirmatons. Your private information is stored on their
highly secure servers and as such, when we contact you via email,
the emails will come from one of these two sources or direct from
VCOM, only. Email from any other source is NOT authorized
nor permitted by VCOM, unless expressly disclosed on this page. |
