has acquired Ontrack's PC Utility division only, all other products
and services owned by Ontrack continue to be distributed and supported

and email support on VCOM products is answered as quickly as possible,
during regular business hours. VCOM does
not offer telephone support on these products. |

policy allows redownloads for 30-days after purchase from Ontrack.
This was made available to all Ontrack customers. Since Ontrack

2002, no more redownloads are available. |
